Great place to stay! Especially having two bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs. Kim was very responsive to any questions. The house was very clean and, met and exceeded expectations.

While the street is pretty narrow and a little challenging to maneuver, depending on how close cars are parked near the driveway, ee felt right at home once we entered Kim’s place. The rooms are very spacious, welcoming, and well appointed. It helped to have a few seasonings and such in the kitchen instead of starting from scratch. Having three bathrooms made it easy for everyone to get ready for the day. Mike was responsive to our questions and concerns. All in all, we had a lovely stay. Would recommend!

We love the interior color and furnishings, great vibe / feng shui as you walk in the door. Kim and Mike were responsive to my every inquiry. Love the icemaker with 2 size options. Highly recommend and will definitely consider staying here again.

Everything was perfect! The house was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was kind, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We had an amazing stay and truly enjoyed our time here. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again. Thank you for everything!

The homes in the neighborhood are charming with lots of colorful flowers, the view from the roof top balcony is beautiful, the plum tree had ripe plums, neighborhood quiet at night so we had the windows open instead of AC since it was in the 60s at night (in July) and we were comfortable. If you enjoy old charm, this 99 year old home has historic charm with all of the modern convenience.

We appreciated the responsive communication and the recorded welcome video. The video thanking us for staying was really nice and unique. The home was beautiful and looked like the pictures. Very spacious and having two "master sized suites" was a pleasant surprise. The 3 bathrooms were a blessing for us. The kitchen was top tier with stainless steel appliances. There were ice cubes and an ice pack ready if needed in the freezer. Nice touch. Following up to ensure we got checked in was like a friend checking to make sure you're ok and safe. We enjoyed our stay and it was a convenient location for our daily activities. Well done Kim and Mike!
